Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to anyone who visits or submits information through trilogytrucking.com (the "Site"), operated by Trilogy Trucking Inc ("Trilogy Trucking," "we," "us," or "our"). It is designed to keep the Site secure, reliable, and usable for everyone. Trilogy Trucking may update this policy at any time; continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the policy then in effect.

1. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Site, including the contact form, you agree not to:

• Submit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of a third party;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including impersonating another person or entity;
• Use the contact form to send unsolicited advertising, "spam," chain letters, or bulk messages unrelated to a genuine driver, owner operator, customer, or employment inquiry;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its hosting infrastructure, or any account or system connected to it;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or attempt to circumvent any security or authentication measure;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or use automated means (bots, scrapers, or scripts) to submit the contact form or extract data from the Site at scale;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's availability or performance, including through denial-of-service attacks, excessive automated requests, or similar activity;
• Use the Site in violation of any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation, including transportation and motor carrier regulations.

2. Enforcement

If we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that a submission or activity violates this policy, we may, without prior notice, decline to respond to the submission, block the associated IP address or network range from accessing the Site, and/or refer the matter to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Threats made against Trilogy Trucking, its staff, drivers, or the Site itself will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

3. No Effect on Other Terms

This policy supplements, and does not replace, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service regarding acceptable conduct, this policy controls.

4. Reporting Abuse

If you believe someone is misusing the Site or has submitted the contact form in a way that violates this policy, please let us know using the contact details below.

5. No Waiver

Our failure to act on a violation of this policy at any given time does not waive our right to act on that or any other violation later. If any provision of this policy is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
